North Madras Matter

Last two week was ok. Murali had come down for his India visit from Vienna. Didn’t have much time to spent with him…..bil was in town….he had some doc’s conference in madras….made plans to have a sip with him….boooo he stood me out that evening….had to drench with pras near his place @ tasmac…..the next day picked up bil from egmore child hosp……drove to my house….he exchanged pleasantries with my parents….drove back to distil…….pras and deba were there….somehow I like the place n week days…….dropped bil @ railways station…he took the train to madurai went to a place called cheers local music is good and deba was cribbing can’t xpect them to play Ustad XYZ …..took the air deccan to madurai the next evening…..bil picked me @ madurai airport. Went to his home……..xchanged pleasantries with his mom/dad/bro and his wife/ the black lab juno…I love black labs……Bil dropped me @ some bus stand…took the bus to theni….reached BH’s house @ 11 pm……Wooooow was she surprised ------ YES…… Rest in the house thought for sure *what a weird maniac I am * but said Sooooooo sweet…. Drove to bodi the next day…….ate a lot @ 10 ppls house that I visited without having a clue – who they are. Rested @ BH’s uncle’s place……..he had a cognac….me jumped on it….shared a decent talk with him….took off the next morning to theni – l love the early morning drive and bodi is one of the best places to retire……took back every body from theni to bodi in the afternoon………mahesh’s(bh’s relative) bday party…..oh man 2 marshals full of ppl and food………..drove to a picnic spot with a tongue twister name……..had the food -----yummy……….swam in the rapid (how did I do that)…………drove back to theni and took a bus in the night to madras………Factory work for 5 day…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………Murali, Hendry, Suresh and Arul left for Kuttralam on Monday night……went to station to c them off. Got some DVD’s from Burma bazaar (Bridge on river Kwai, Escape to Athena, The great escape, Shawshank redemption, Casablanca, Gone with the wind) Met deba and pras on Thursday @ harrions…………..Friday murali left to Munich. Had drop him off after frantic evening of shopping……..he was flying with delta……..I hate flying with delta ever since they asked for 4$ for my drink…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….Saturday was with X-college mates(full gang – Palani, sasi, shakthi, gopi, saravana, perisu, achu, shakti murugan and myself) when to mowbrays inn, Sunday was in PROPER north madras style mamu….glassu, vater packetu, poondu uuruka, OC and coke ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………Back to factory………….and pras mails sayin hez got his L1 stamped (again)…..had to start planning on a Monday – and I love that…………
